Synopsis
Extremely Noor was established in 2005 with a capital of BD50,000 to be among the promising art production companies and organizations in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arabian Gulf. We have far reaching ambitions and strengths to leave a tangible mark on the cultural and artistic world. Since the inception of our firm, we have been able to promote our activities in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates with the support and backing of our embassy. Then, we launched our operations in our own homeland to be a dynamic business in the cultural and art production market and to occupy our prominent position among the local and Gulf cultural and art production organizations.
After seven years of intensive activities and precisely since 200s Extremely Noor has been able to expand and develop its operations outside the Kingdom following its success in the Bahrain market and opening up new prospects for the Bahraini, Gulf and Arab investors. So small medium and large companies and businesses found their golden opportunity to compete and to succeed in this curative market.
Extremely Noor has not spared any effort to penetrate the market and able to highlight and display the cultural and artistic identity in various ways and through dramatic, television and intellectual arts (through publishing books) and holding art exhibitions for local and international artists. This policy has enabled it to win the trust of officials, artists and innovators to lend its support to such talents and creative people by joining hands with our organization.
our hopes and ambitions have no limits and these include maintaining the good reputation enjoyed by our firm during the few years of its operations. We have already signed agreements between our firm and number of prominent Gulf artists to penetrate and expand cultural and art markets (TV, cinema and theatre productions) to offer to the general public the best performing arts and to provide quality works in the arts.
In 2006 Extremely Noor surprised the UAE audiences by presenting its first production entitled Adnan 2008, which was a patriotic operetta. One year later, we produced the first feature and documentary film entitled Khalifa" Since then, we have continued to produce intellectual and artistic works and published a number of books. In addition, we held a number of art exhibitions for well-known and talented painters so that we were able to occupy a prominent position among leading firms sponsoring the arts at the time when similar organizations stopped their support to artists and creative people.
Now after 8 years of continuous work in cultural and art productions, our firm is still going strong when others are no longer able to survive owing to the world financial crisis and the losses suffered in various cultural, trade and artistic sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arabian Gulf region. Our survival and growth has been due in a great part to the continuous support by Tamkeen to small and medium size enterprises in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
